Stressed, a mess, and needed some rest

I must say, the past few weeks have been completely insane. To sum the last three weeks up: I got a part time job at a donut shop (Yay, 4:30-5:30 a.m alarms!), I went on a weekend women’s retreat to Springfield, MO for the Designed For Life conference with my church, had a doctor’s appointment in Oklahoma, got Indian Commodities in Oklahoma, led a small group, cooked and prepared most every single meal- with the exception of the few my mother and I worked together on-, had to keep my school work up, received a lovely, overnight visit from my aunt, uncle, and grandmother with her dog, went to a church get together that lasted until almost 10:00 (I say this because I had to wake up at 5:30 that morning and 5:00 the next, both of which I woke up before the alarms), became miserable at the job due to horrible managing by an extremely micromanaging, controlling, rude man, and low pay, quit the job (No worries I gave my weeks notice.), attempted to write as much and to the best of my abilities, and got a sweet puppy. So you could say there has been a lot going on, and that is just the highlights. My head has wanted to shrivel up and cease to exist due to the profuse amounts of stress it has been subject to and, quite frankly, have had zero ability to post anything. You may read this as an excuse but I tell it to you as the truth. I have been, still am exhausted but you know what? It’s okay. It’s okay to be tired and it’s okay to take breaks. It’s a part of life and what keeps us alive. So, that being said, my deepest apologies for my unexplained absence and you will soon have the pairing article to my latest post uploaded and for your viewing. I hope that you have a fantastic, sleep filled, week!
